Steady Start Pregnancy + Postpartum Support
One-Time purchase ($1200.00) | Monthly ($119) Email to subscribe
Steady Start Pregnancy + Postpartum Support is a personalized mentorship experience designed to guide families through pregnancy, childbirth, and the transition into parenthood with calm, evidence-based support, without the overwhelm of trying to navigate it all alone online.
In today’s world, many expecting parents find themselves flooded with information, conflicting opinions, social media advice, and fear-based content that can leave them feeling anxious instead of prepared. This program was created to offer something different: consistent, compassionate guidance from a trained perinatal professional who understands both the practical and emotional realities of pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and early parenthood.
This is more than a childbirth class and more personal than an online course. Steady Start combines ongoing education, emotional support, structured planning, and real-life preparation throughout every stage of the perinatal period.
Beginning around 12 weeks of pregnancy (or whenever you join), we’ll meet monthly via Google Meet for personalized 60–90 minute support sessions tailored to your current stage of pregnancy, upcoming milestones, questions, concerns, and goals. These conversations are designed to help you feel informed, grounded, organized, and supported while reducing the stress of information overload and decision fatigue.
Together, we may discuss:
physical and emotional changes throughout pregnancy
prenatal testing and informed decision-making
labor preparation and stages of birth
inductions, cesarean birth, and medical interventions
comfort measures and coping strategies
birth preferences and flexibility
partner communication and support roles
feeding preparation and newborn expectations
postpartum recovery and healing
sleep and adjustment in the early weeks
postpartum mental health and emotional wellbeing
identity shifts and the transition into parenthood
realistic routines, boundaries, and support systems
Steady Start is intentionally postpartum-centered because preparing for life after birth is one of the most important - and most overlooked parts of welcoming a baby.
Postpartum support is woven throughout the entire experience, helping families prepare not only for labor and delivery, but for recovery, emotional adjustment, feeding, newborn care, relationship changes, sleep deprivation, and the realities of early parenthood. The goal is not simply to “get through birth,” but to help families feel supported and steady as they move into this new chapter.
Included in the program:
Monthly 60–90 minute video support sessions
Three additional flexible support meetings during pregnancy
Personalized planning and guided discussion topics
Session preparation worksheets and support materials
Labor “lifeline” phone/text support
Early postpartum check-ins and ongoing support
Guidebook mailed to you with fillable pages & resources for our support meetings
Evidence-based information tailored to your family’s goals and needs
This experience is ideal for:
first-time parents
families seeking personalized guidance
parents feeling overwhelmed by online information
those wanting more support than a traditional childbirth class
families preparing intentionally for postpartum
parents looking for emotionally supportive, evidence-based care throughout pregnancy and beyond
You do not need to know everything to be a good parent. You simply deserve trusted support while learning along the way.
